- 12 November 1994: Channel 16 airs The Three Doctors and The Five Doctors back-to-back this Saturday night from 6pm to 11pm as a prelude to the series due to start in January the following year.
- 7 January 1995: The series proper begins, Saturday nights at 11:30.
