U&Eden
U&Eden is a British satellite channel, launched in March 2004 as part of the UKTV network. Now free-to-air, it was initially a pay channel until 2024.
Starting Monday, 5 May 2025, the channel began airing Jon Pertwee stories daily for a limited short run. The schedule - starting with Spearhead from Space - will be a set of four episodes back-to-back shown three times each day - firstly at 9am, with a repeat of the same after 5pm, and a further showing of those four after midnight.
It is understood that the usual rights issues prevented Day of the Daleks from being shown. The Mind of Evil, which includes a brief image of a Dalek was also skipped.
After The Mutants part 6 on 20 May 2025', the screenings cycled back to Spearhead from Space. The final episodes to air were The Sea Devils part 4 at 1.25am, followed by the 'repeats' of parts 1 and 2 on 2 June 2025.
